What states have WLS laws? I want to get the ball rolling in Oregon for legislation!!

<font color=purple>I understand there are states with laws passed through legislation in Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, Indian and possibly one for New Jersey. Can anyone give me links to find each of these online to print out?
