What can I do to tighen my inner thighs?

I am 4 wks post-op and I would like to work my inter thighs. I need to work other areas also but I still have a little while before I can really get with the gym. Could anyone recommend a good work out for my inter thighs? I have the apple shape w/ small legs but flabby inter thighs. I feel that since I am 28 yrs old, I can do something to help them now. Any advise will be very much appreciated.
