Has anyone experience

I am four weeks post-op Lap RNY. I had my period two weeks ago so I am not due for it for another two weeks. For the past 2 days I have been experience what feel like very bad menstrual cramps. I haven't had menstrual cramps since I was in high school. I don't know what to make of this. They don't seem to be related to my period so I'm wondering if they could be from something else. I have not had any problems with BM's (go regularly) so I don't think I am constipated. Any idea what this could be?
