Is there a certain time you should stop drinking Protein drinks?
Is it a good idea to drink protein drinks late at night? I am 5 months post-op and I try and get in at least 90-120 grams of protein per day. The protein I take has no carbs, no sugar, 120 calories, and I think 1.5g fat, and I mix it with diet teas (no calories, no surgar, no fat) or with just plain water. Will it interfer with my weightloss if I am drinking it late or right before I go to bed as a snack if I get hungry?
