Please someone help with my diet !!!

I really need some big time help with my diet - I have not lost any weight in 1 month - I had a Lap RNY on 3/16/01 and I have only lost 74lbs - I really thought it would be more - I still have about 95 more to go ... I am getting no after care diet wise - I don't know what to eat - how much - I need a diet to follow - PLEASe someone help me - I want this to work soo soo much -I need to jump start my weight lose and get back on track - Any help would be more appreciated than you could ever know .. Thank you
