I need help finding mid-Missouri psych evaluator

I live in mid-Missouri and my surgeon is in Mississippi. All pre-op testing will be done here before I go south. I cannot find a psych evaluator in mid-MO. Can anyone help me? Please post you message here or e-mail me. Thanks to all of you who post on this site.
