Does Prozac Inhibit Post-Op Weight Loss?

I take large daily doses of Prozac (100 mg) and Wellbutrin (300 mg). I've been at this level for over 5 years, and it keeps my depression in full remission. However, I think it's also contributed to my inability to lose weight. Has anyone found that heavy usage of antidepressants affected their post-op weight loss? I'm scheduled for 1/3/02 Lap RNY.
