Help!! I am 10 weeks out and have nausea all day now....Flu last week

Last week I think I came down with the flu....had a temp of 102, body aches, diarrhea, nausea....that lasted for about 2 days. Then the fever broke but since then I have had nausea all day and a runny bottom.. I am getting in plenty of water and trying to eat as much as I can but as soon as I take a bite I get it really bad. I had the DS surgery and am very happy with it....able to eat very nice portions and have a good loss so far. I am just worried about this nausea. Could it of been a really nasty bug that I caught last week? Was wondering if anyone else out there had an experience where they were sick and it lingered....
