Has anyone gone to Mexico for an LAP RNY? Mexico/LAP RNY/Dr. Rumbaut

I am a self pay, and have complete confidence in Dr. Rumbaut in Mexico - but have questions about the trip, the stay, complications, etc. Anyone have any suggestions?
