A Doctor in Chicago

I'm having seconds thoughts on going to BTC in Belvider. I'd prefer a surgeon closer to home,in Chicago. Can someone please help me? After I'm approved by BC/BS, would I be able to change surgeons? I thought the Hospital BTC used was only used for GPS. It's a regular hospital. I'd rather be closer to home. Please help me.
