Anyone know of what type of exercise you can do to tighten up loose skin on the upper
arms? I've done great loosing so far but I have flabby skin on my upper arms. (I'm talking serious bat-wings here!) I know I can lift weights...like small dumb-bells but I would think that would just tighten the muscle. I'm talking about the skin that hangs under when you lift your arm up. Any suggestions?
