This is blowing my mind

It's mind blowing, I am reading about some post-op who have lost 60 pound in 7 weeks. IS THIS POSSIBLE, WHAT CAN YOU POSSIBLE BE DOING TO LOSE ALL THAT WEIGHT SO FAST. It took me a year to lose 60 pounds on Phen-Phen. I not knocking it I'm just so wonderfully inspired by such progress. TELL ME PLEASE> THANKs
