what to tell nutristionist who wants you to join their program instead?

I am having trouble finding a nutristionist who will work with me without trying to sell me their program.I have been to two nutristionist and they both told me that they wouldn't give my doctor a letter of approval, they both feel that all these doctors just want to make money and that their program will work out better for me. When I explained that I've tried every diet, they said"But you haven't tried my diet". What do I tell them to make them understand that I know the risk and I feel this is best for me. Please Help!
