Help, I am in so much pain. Especially at night.

My thigh/legt have had these pins and needles all day and night. I am in so much pain. The doctor gave me pain med, tylenol #3 but it does not help - any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am still hurting 7 weeks post op. 6/4/01 - thanks diane
