Long Term Post Ops: Do you Drink Socially? How Much is Safe/Too Much?

Does anyone have documented medical references about alcohol consumption? I enjoy an occasional drink - usually not hard liquor, beer or wine. I'm talking socially, not drinking everyday or in large amounts. I would like to know if anyone has had any documented complications (heard of anyone having complications)from social use of alcohol. How much causes liver complications? MDs, please answer. Thanks.
