Have you Ever Felt a

I am over a year post-op. Over the past several days, I have felt something like a "catch" beneath my breasts behind the top of my incision. If I bend way over or move a certain way when I'm in a sitting position, I feel the "catch". Not painful, but sort of like something moved on the inside. I probably wouldn't be so worried about it, but I have read some stories here lately of some post-ops who were around a year or more out having some problems. It could be nothing, but then it could be something. I've not really been exercising lately, but have had intimate relations for the first time in a long time. Could be coincidence, but it started happening after then. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
