Please help...I am having massive pain

I am 3 1/2 weeks post-op, I have massive pain when eating or drinking. I throw up everything. I am eating all the correct foods. I called my surgeon and he wants me to go into the ER this evening for another swallow study. What happens if something is blocked? Do I need surgery again? Please help, I am very nervous.
