Has anyone had this surgery or taking vitamins effect the Liver

hello My doctor told me my liver enzymes were elevated they weren't at my 3 month check up in March. I went to my PCP becasue i was having abdominal pains and it wasn't like any period I had ever had. I was vomiting and had diarrhea so they took blood and urine and she told me it sounded like a virus that just hit when I was on my period. But now we have this information. I had my surgery on 12/7/00 and I will be 5 months on Monday. i went online and it said sometimes overdosing on vitamins can do this to you . Has anyone had any liver problems?
