Any info on Dr. Boothe of Ocean Springs, MS and his program.

I have called his office on two occasions and asked them to send me info on his practice, the type of procedures he does, fees, etc. Still have not received anything. Last call was three weeks ago! He was in practice with another surgeon for a while and recently opened his own office. Any info on him? Anyone?
