HELP - SOS - !!!! Post Op Diet Help Needed ..

I need some major help - my nutrionist is away - Can anyone please direct me or help me to a ACCURATE type of 3 week post op diet !!! Almost like a sample breakfast, sample lunch and dinner ideas . If that is too much to type is there ANYWHERE on the web or this site that I can find sample menus ?? HELP !!! I think that I am over eating !! Thank you in advance for any help - I want this to work !!
