Is there a test that a doc can do to measure the size of a person's pouch?

I was just wondering if there is a medical test that a doc can do to measure the capasity of the pouch? I am seven months out and at my one year anniversery I want to know what the size my pouch is now compared to what it was in the wee beginning. Which was 20ccs. Can this be done by a scope? or another test? Thanks
