Can anyone tell me more about Kaisers approval process?

I would like to email with anyone who is going through approval process with Kaiser? I'm with Kaiser Northern California (San Francisco) and would love to hear from anyone who has been through the approval process or is currently going through it. Am also looking for a complete list of what Kaiser considers co-mobidities. Especially interested in whether fibromyalgia is considered. Thanks, Joy
