Do you need a tip on making exercise easier?

This came off of "Real Age" tips: "Ever wish that working out wasn't such hard work? Turning on some tunes may make it easier than you think. According to recent research, music may be the perfect passive distraction when you're exercising. In a study, people who exercised while listening to music perceived their workout to be easier than did the people who performed the same exercise with no music." Now this may sound simplistic, but I always crank up the volume of my favorite peppy CDs while working out on my treadmill each day. The time flies by and I feel good while I'm getting in my daily jog.
