Has anyone had WLS and had a thyroid problem before surgery?

I have hypothyroidism, Type II Diabetes and Polysistic Ovarian Syndrome. I am still in the research phase of getting the surgery. I have lost half of my hair because of the first to dieseses and continue to. I just bought biotin and am going to buy the nioxin shampoo. I fear I will be bald after surgery. My hair has been the only thing (physically) that I love about myself. I am freaking about this. Is there anyone out there that had the hair loss before surgery? Did anyone start a vitamin regeme before hand? What happened with hair after? Please post or email me [email protected] Thank You...:)
