Do I co-pay for every pre-op test provider?
When you go for your pre-op testing, do you usually have to pay your co-payment for each office test you have done? From what I have read from others is that most of the time, you have to go to different places to have all the test done, and I was wondering if you pay your co-payment for each one of these test. My insurance is BC/BS Federal, do they bill the insurance separately, therefore, I have to pay for each test if done at different place or do they consider it as part of my doctors visit or the preop hospital testing which is included in the $200.00 inpatient hospital deductible that I must pay???
