Would it be Possible to have a Page for Members to Upload Files?

It would be great if we had a page where members can upload files of their surgery and progress pictures, appeal letters, recipes, documents describing surgeries, or "How To" lists. Would this bog down the server too much? It sure would be a great added feature.
