Has anyone been approved for WLS who has Motorola HAP ins.?

I'm looking for a reponse from anyone who has Motorola HAP insurance and has filed a letter for WLS approval. What has been your experience, were you approved, how long did it take, did you have to appeal? Thanks so much.
