Does anyone know of good support groups in the Chicago area?

I'm almost 6 months post-op (May 1, 82 lbs gone forever!) I'll be moving to Chicago in 2 weeks. My surgeon has already given me a list of doctors that I can follow up with in Chicago, but I'm in need of a support group. Any help on this is much appreciated!
