Need post op recipes to use after surgery?

I put together a long list of recipes for post op patients and their families. I collected them from various sources. There is everything from entrees, snacks, desserts, soups, protein smoothies, chocolate protein bars, etc. They are all FREE. You can find them at: www.geocities.com/kathywls (use Yahoo search engine). More recipes are added regularly. The recipes can be accessed from the website. Some are still not posted but if you can't wait for the posting, send me an email and I will send it to you. My email address is on the website. Many of the recipes have the caloric amt, protein amt, etc w/ them.
