Does anyone know if CICP will cover the surgery?

I currently only have the community health center in my area for insurance. I want to have the RNY surgery and there are three surgeons in the area do it but I don't know if CICP will pay. They are giving me the major runaround. Anybody know anything about this program and the success rate of getting approved?
