Wife is five weeks post-op and nauseated almost constantly...

I have read all the posts pertaining to nausea and find none similar to what's happening with my wife. She is nauseated almost constantly and quite uncomfortable. All she does is dry heave. Almost never does she throw up anything substantial. Has anyone else had this happen and if so, what was done to ease it or make it go away? She is visiting the doctor today to see if there is anything she can do to be comfortable while recovering. I am not oblivious to what she is going through because I am post-op RNY over a year ago and did not suffer like this at all. Any and all help is appreciated.
