I just found a BALD spot. What should I do to stop this?

My sister was combing my hair last night and found a bald spot the size of a quarter. Please tell me this is not the beginning. I am 6 1/2 months post op RNY, and have lost about 70 pounds or so. I must admit I probably do not eat enough food and I really have a hard time getting in my liquids, but I never imagined that this would happen. I had my blood work check last week and besides being a little anemic, which I was prior to surgery, everything was fine. I get my b-12 injections every month, but sometimes forget to take my multi-vitamins. I have been having some hair lost for about 1 1/2 months and was really unconcerned because I knew to expect it, but never imagined I would see a bald spot, until last night. Please Advise.
