Some advice on dealing with a royal #@*($&?

Hi, all... As my surgery date approaches (less than 5 days away) I'm getting more and more nervous, but today I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely person who after arguing with my father about the money he owed (he owes my father), I stepped in, told him to calm down and as he walked away he said "Mooo Mooo". I actually didn't think I'd heared right, so I said, "What?!" And he said it again. Now, this is the owner of a restaurant, doing this in FRONT of his customers... I haven't had anyone say something so insulting for many many years, but I'm wondering if anybody has ideas/ways to in some way teach this *#$@( a lesson? If not, just being able to say this to people who understand is therapeutic. Thanks, all. 4 days, 16 hours and counting...
