For the pre ops that are still questioning their decision

Just a note to encourage all the preops and and those that have had plateaus. I had RNY 1/13/00. I went for my 6 month checkup yesterday and have lost 79 pounds and 52 inches. I've gone from a size 22 to a size 10 & 12's. I am 20 pounds from goal though I'm very happy now. My blood pressure has gone from143/80 down to 100/56 and no longer take bloodpressure medicine. I haven't had a migraine since surgery(used to have at least 1 per month), no more insomnia, no more back and foot pain. My health is so much improved and I feel like a new woman. I'd do again in a minute. Yall have made good knowledgeable decisions, go into with pride and courage. Use the this tool as it is intended. Have faith and believe! Love, Lou Ann
