How do I get my surgery date added to the surgery list?

I have tried several times to add my surgery date (July 18) in Cleveland to the list. I clicked "save my work" and it did save my work -- but it does not show on my profile page, nor on the list (that one time I was able to access the entire list). Any suggestions?
