looking for some advice on getting a GOOD TASTING protein shake

Hi. I'm due to have my surgery June 7th and I was looking for some advice on getting a GOOD TASTING protein shake or even a supplement. How does one get adaquate protein in post-op like the first couple of months. Thanks!!!! Kristin
