I am experiencing a low back ache- could it be kidney stones?

Starting a few days ago, I started experiencing a few things simultaneously. Please let me know what you think: I started the symptoms of a yeast infection, so I did the 1 day treatment thing. On the same day, I started a vague low back pain. I didn't think they were related at the time, but I still have both after 4 days. The back pain is not sharp, but constantly there. The 1 day treatment doesn't seem to be working. Do you think these things could be related? Also, what are the signs of kidney problems besides back ache and what are the treatments? I had my GB out during my RNY, so I know that isn't involved! Thank you!
