Lower right side soreness/wheezing??

Hi Group... I need your help... I am almost 5 months post op from an Open RNY and gall bladder removal... up until about 4 days ago all was just fine.. but I have found that I have some tenderness/soreness in my lower right side when I breathe.. laugh.. cough.. or reach.. and sometimes when I am in bed on my stomach there is a wheezing/congestion sound coming from the same area.. I am waiting for a call back from my sugeon's office and I do have a follow up scheduled next week.. but I wanted to get some ideas for you all.. is it possible something is going on wih my lung? I don't smoke and I do exercise.. Well, Thanks in advance for your help...
