Not a question -- Just information

Several people have e-mailed me about my comment on LBS as an aid to constipation problems. LBS is not a laxative, which is what appealed to me. I shy away from laxatives because of the harshness. LBS comes in tablet and capsules. I like the capsules because I can open them and and add them to a drink or something. Yuk, but it really works.
