Has anyone used their Healthcare Flexible Benefits to be reimbursed for WLS?

Due to policy exclusions from both of my employment insurance carriers, I have decided to participate in the healthcare flexible spending account. Has anyone used this to reimburse themselves for WLS? I decided not to fight the exclusions because I want to have this surgery in Jan. 2000 and I don't want my employer involved in a dispute with the insurance co.
