Has anyone ever used or heard of Dr Brian Lane?

Just wondering if anyone out there has ever used or heard of Dr Brian Lane. He is currently in Liberal KS, moved here about a year ago, from Ft Riley KS (Army base) He does open RNY, would like to visit with some of his patients.
