How do I combat the depression and hunger pangs I have started to get daily??
I feel like a failure..I am 6 weeks postop...battling an infection that landed me in the hospital for an additional 4 days..the diabetes is still kicking me in the butt..and I am confused...confused that I see people that have had a VBG have different diet plans than mine...I am only allowed to eat 2 times a day...ever...anything else has to be calorie free....I try to space it out but the hunger pangs are fierce...I failed one day...and I thought I have totally destroyed all my previous efforts..when I eat I feel full...but that feeling goes away in a few hours and have to wait to eat longer than that...if anyone has any suggestions...please gat back to [email protected]
