Adverse outcomes. So many success stories - where are the failures??

Not trying to be pessimistic here - I am totally committed to having WLS - but I am a little curious about something. This site is chock-full of "happily ever after" stories, but WLS can't ALWAYS be perfect! Do the failures just not post? Or are negative comments deleted?
