I have a hemmoglobin count of 11.1. My dr. says no big deal, don't worry about it.

I was taking Centrum Silver, not realizing that it did'nt contain iron. I started taking regular Centrum with iron. Will that be enough to boost me up to a count of at least the normal 12?
