Can't see dr. for month and having excruciating pain

I have been having some excruciating pain in my "old stomach" area, that when it starts it spreads, burning, throughout my abdominal and chest area. I begin having difficulty breathing, and my heart begins beating irratically. I can't get into the doctor until Sept. but need to know if anyone has had any of this. It can occur at anytime, and last for a max of 5 minutes. I had an episode in front of my Fiance and he is so scared. I start shaking, and when it is over I fell weak for about an hour, and then it is as if nothing ever ocurred. At first it was once every so often this occurred, now it is more frequent, and I can never tell when it will happen. I am hoping that someone may be a bit familiar with, or have had similiar experience and offer some suggestions. I have had my gall bladder out, '94, so it is not that.
