Has anyone had Capital Blue Cross pay for their WLS?

I am almost at the stage where my surgeon will submit my claim for pre-approval (I'm almost done w/ all the required tests), he wants to get me in for surgery around Oct/Nov. I'm worried that I won't get approved because I have a BMI of only 40.5 and only joint pain (bad knees), back pain, etc. Plus I am only 23. However, I have been married for 3 years and living on my own for 5 years. Can anyone let me know if they can help?
