I need a good dr. in bay area who does RNY and accepts blue cross ppo

I am looking for a good doctor in Sunnyvale, Mountain View area who accepts Blue Cross PPO (Prudent Buyer) as well as a PCP with the same who is likely to refer for the surgery.. Thanks.
