I had Lap RNY, just a little over 3 weeks ago. To date, I've only lost 14 lbs.

Could I be doing something wrong? Or is this normal to start losing weight slow? I only eat 2 ounces of food at each meal. No snacking in between. I always eat my protein first and then if I am still hungry, I eat some of my other food. (which is usually either Unsweetened applesauce or Carrots/beans or peas). I don't drink an hour before and an hour after eating and never with meals. I just feel like I'm doing something wrong; even though I know I'm not. Any suggestions...... Feeling frustrated.
