Need input on LapBand - RNY conversion.

Has anyone gone from Lap Band to RNY? I had Lap Band 3 years ago and it is a real good thing, but I think I need RNY. I am looking for anyone that has had this done and I am also looking for input on the RNY. What is the 30 - 40 year outlook? Any input will be appreciated!
