Has anyone completed the multidisciplinary surgical preparatory regimen??

I have Aetna insurance, I see that you can cut 3 months off of your diet/exercise program by doing a multidisciplinary surgical preparatory regimen. I am trying to find out exactly what people did to get approved with this. I know they dont pay for nutritionalst if it for weight loss.. thats stupid! Any help would be appreciated!!
